My Coach The app for independent fitness coaches

We designed and keep developing My Coach: programs, nutrition, check-ins, messaging, scheduling and revenue tracking, all in one place. Clients get their own app; coaches get their time back.

The problem

The cost of scattered coaching

A coach following thirty people doesn’t lose time coaching. They lose it between tools.

The program lives in a spreadsheet

Duplicate it, export it to PDF, send it. At the slightest change, start again, and nobody knows which version the client is looking at.

The follow-up lives in the chat

Progress photos, weights, the week’s questions: everything sinks into the thread, and finding what was said three months ago takes ten minutes.

Check-ins happen one by one

The same questionnaire copied for every client, answers noted by hand, and a progress chart nobody gets round to drawing.

Revenue is counted from memory

Who paid, who forgot, what comes in next month: the answer is spread between a notebook, a bank account and a good memory.

What we built

All the coaching, in one place

Programs and catalogue

Sessions, sets, loads and notes, published when the coach decides. Each exercise in the catalogue shows the muscles worked.

Nutrition with real numbers

The coach types “150 g of rice” or “2 eggs”: calories and macros appear, and the meal total follows.

Recipes suggested by AI

A short description, three recipe ideas, already calculated, added to a client’s plan in one gesture.

Check-ins and charts

Remote or in session, every check-in feeds the weight and measurement charts, with nothing typed twice.

Messaging and notifications

Text, photos, videos and voice notes, with a notification on the phone even when the app is closed.

Scheduling and finances

Clients book from the coach’s availability; payments, late payments and forecasts fit on one page.

In numbers

What the app already knows

172

exercises in the catalogue, with the muscles worked

3,484

foods from the French ANSES Ciqual table to calculate meals

3

recipe ideas suggested by AI for each request

Inside the app

Three of the coach’s screens

Screenshots of the real app, taken on sample data. The app is in French.

A client’s nutrition plan: the day’s targets, then each food of the meal with its values

Meals calculated from the Ciqual table, no calculator needed. The coach decides whether the client sees the numbers.

A client’s file: program, nutrition, messaging, measurements and the coach’s notes

Everything about a client on one page, with the coach’s notes at the top: what to be careful with is read before the session.

The Finances dashboard: this month’s income, what is expected, the forecast and the detail per client

Who paid, who still owes, what comes in next month. Money received and money expected stay separate.

Our choices

The decisions behind the product

Nothing to install to start

The client gets a link and finds their space, in their coach’s colours. The app can then be added to the phone’s home screen.

AI suggests, the app calculates

Recipe ideas come from AI; calories and macros are calculated by the app from the Ciqual table. Never by the AI.

Nothing typed twice

Client lists, client files and programs are imported by AI from a spreadsheet, notes or a PDF. An imported program arrives as a draft: the coach checks it, then publishes.

Data hosted in Europe

The app’s database is hosted in Ireland. Coaches know where their clients’ data lives.
